I started out designing brands, objects and spaces. Today I connect research, systems and implementation to build digital products.
My education did not follow a straight line. I left Law to study Graphic Design at Escuela de Arte San Telmo in Málaga, following an interest that later took me into integrated design, identity, objects and space.
At LALIGA I learned to work within a large organisation and alongside engineers: making complex information readable, maintaining an identity across very different settings and designing for decisions that affect people beyond the person looking at the screen.
My postgraduate studies in UX/UI and Full Stack development added two things I needed: researching before proposing a solution, and being able to implement it afterwards. Since then, I have thought of every interface as a system of relationships, states, data and components that has to hold up beyond Figma.

These are the stages of my education and career that have most shaped how I understand and practise design.
01
Advanced Vocational Qualification in Advertising Graphic Design
Escuela de Arte San Telmo (Málaga) · 2010–2012 · Advanced vocational education
This is where I began to work deliberately with composition, typography and visual communication. I learned to ask what each piece needed to communicate and to explain the decisions I made.
02
Bachelor’s Degree in Integrated Design and Image Management
Universidad Rey Juan Carlos (Madrid) · 2015–2020 · 240 ECTS
I broadened that perspective to include objects, spaces and identity. My undergraduate dissertation led me to study how everyday design reflects the society that produces it and how we relate to it through our senses.
03
Visual Design Manager
LALIGA · Infrastructure Department · Since June 2018
Practice within a large organisation: visual communication, applied identity, documentation, architecture and 3D models for international projects. Here I came to understand that design also structures decisions and helps teams work together.
04
Master’s in User Experience Design · UX/UI
UNIR · Universidad Internacional de La Rioja · 2024–2025 · Official university master’s degree · 60 ECTS · 9.59/10
I explored user research, information architecture, design systems and evaluation in greater depth. I wanted to learn how to test a proposal against people’s needs, rather than relying only on my own impression as a designer.
05
Master’s in Full Stack Development
UNIR · Universidad Internacional de La Rioja + KSchool · 2025–2026 · Continuing education · 60 ECTS · 9.86/10
The ability to build and verify. Angular, Next.js, Node.js and MySQL let me think beyond the screen and understand how data, permissions and architecture support a product.
I do not see these stages as changes of profession. They are layers of the same way of working: understanding the problem, giving it shape and building a solution that can evolve.
Now
I currently lead visual design within LALIGA’s Infrastructure team. I work across engineering, brand and communication so that technical information, spaces and digital solutions follow a coherent approach.
Alongside this, I develop my own applications, including a CMS and an AI coordination hub. These evolving projects let me explore component systems, editing workflows and permissions. I distinguish what I can already verify in a prototype from what still needs testing before production use.
I work every day with Claude, Codex and tools connected through MCP. Before adopting a technology, I try to understand how it behaves throughout a whole project: what it handles well, where it loses context and what I need to check myself. I have also experimented with local AI and want to explore it further, but I prefer to consolidate the tools I use before adding more.
I enjoy sharing what I learn. I have supported new engineers as they joined the company, and I like explaining the context, answering questions and helping create an environment where people feel comfortable asking. That interest in teaching also shapes how I document and present my projects.
My research interests focus on design systems implemented and automated with AI: how to make them stable, scalable and auditable without erasing the human judgement that gives them purpose.
As a complementary practice, I work with 3D modelling and interior architecture. It is where I continue to develop my understanding of scale, light, materiality and composition, skills I then bring to digital design.
